I'm trying something new this time. So far I've only drawn full body pictures, so I thought it would be nice to try a different approach, so I drew a detailed close-up of Vile.

He might be my favorite character from the X series simply because he's a total batshit insane badass. He just wants to cause as much damage as possible. It's simple as that. Not to mention Vile mode in Maverick Hunter X is fun as hell.

His personality is the main reason I'm also trying a different approach at coloring with this drawing, which you guys will see pretty soon.

I'm still thinking if I'll keep the eye or not. Then again, I'll just end up doing both versions anyway.
